                    The CoViD-19 pandemic has affected millions of people around the world. The disease is both highly contagious and deadly. Making it a global health crisis. It’s difficult to describe how life has changed in recent months as the virus has spread across the world the pandemic has brought many issues including social media restrictions and travel restrictions, which have severely disrupted day to day life For many people. As a result, many people are losing their jobs or being unable to travel because they cannot afford it.

                   Every free time I have during the pandemic. I watch one piece which is super exciting to watch and play mobile games such as mobile legends and Call of Duty, it’s all fun not until I lost motivation on school paper works, my parents was disappointed and I don’t know what to do, not until the limited face-to-face classes started and I gained strength to learn again. But at last it was becoming a less burden for me that I don’t have enough time to play these games because I’m so busy with school and my family too. So it is necessary for us who are studying in this age to be on time and make time things like their homework before their game time.

                  I have always been an outgoing person, but I wasn’t really a people person and liked the quiet life. So I didn’t speak much and just kept to my self. But then all of a sudden I got very lonely and felt like everyone was judging me for it because of the fact that I felt alone, but when I look back at all the things I did to change my personality from one of an extrovert to a quiet shy kid, something clicked with me. People have practiced self-care in a multitude of ways during the pandemic as they were forced to adjust to new work schedules, change their gym routines, and cut back on socializing.
